In order to generate excitement about the Convention and encourage other dancers to register, one dance in each area of the state has been designated a special  “Get Ready to Bop!” dance.  In addition to ’50s and ’60s music, fun and surprises, a drawing will be held at each of these dances for half off the cost of the winner’s Convention registration.  Anyone who is already registered for the Convention and attends the dance wearing their pink ribbon will be entered into the drawing, along with anyone who actually registers at the dance.
